NORDAC Organization
The armament cooperation in the framework of NORDAC is
managed and exequted on different levels and by the following groups:
The Leading Group (LG)
The Leading Group is responsible for the management of the framework agreement, provides political guidance to NORDAC and reports annually to the ministers of defence on the status of the armament cooperation. The Leading Group also manages policy concerning industrial issues.
The Co-ordination Group (CG)
The Co-ordination Group identifies possibilities for cooperation, and establishes the working groups in NORDAC. The Co-ordination Group also monitors and controls progress in the working groups according to the Guidelines, and reports annually to the Leading Group.
Both the Leading Group and the Co-ordination Group are assisted by secretariats, the Leading Group Secretariat (LGS) and the Co-ordination Group Secretariat (CGS).
